For our Client, IT company, we are looking for Project Manager

• monitoring and reporting various aspects and Key Performance Indicators of the web site
• prioritising bug fixes and introducing new functionality
• managment of the Customer Service and Moderation areas of the company
• managment of Social Media aspects of the business such as newsletters, competitions, blogging, forums and social networking sites.
• management of in-house customer service team
• bug management and resolution
• fraud and chargeback management
• processing of customer queries via post, phone and email
• PayPal account management
• inter - departmental communications (work with Development director, Marketing director and Finance director)
• user acceptance testing
• specification composition for new functionality
• refund issuing and reporting
• work with Marketing on CRM strategy
• supplying content for web pages and email campaigns

• few years of site project management experience
• an expert on the site user experience
• fluent English
• good teamwork skills
• professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
• nice and open-minded
